Office Consultation: If you are within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area you can call our office at 703 230 6800 during business hours (9am to 5pm EST) for an initial in-person office consultation. We are located at 11490 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 20191. At the initial consultation please bring copies of all documents relevant to immigration status, including passport, 1-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court, and in cases where employment is the basis of consultation a curriculum vitae (resume). The purpose of a consultation is to provide us with sufficient information so that we may be able to analyze all your immigration options, including the timing and cost for achieving the results sought. A fixed fee for each option, based on the facts presented, will be quoted during the consultation meeting. The initial office consultation fee is US$250.00 (non-refundable) payable by check drawn on a U.S. bank, cashier’s check or cash. Should you retain us after initial consultation; the $250.00 will be credited toward your legal fees.
Phone Consultation: Where an Office Consultation is not possible because of your geographic location (we have clients in several countries and most states in the United States) we can give you an appointment for a telephone consultation. Prior to the telephone consultation we generally ask you to email or mail us your relevant immigration documents and a consultation fee of $250.00 by check drawn on a U.S. bank or cashier’s check. Should you retain us after initial consultation; the $250.00 will be credited toward your legal fees. We can schedule your consultation generally within 24 hours of the receipt of your documentation. During this consultation we will ask you about the nature of your concern or question and may inform you of various potential options that may be available to you together with a fixed fee for each option, based on the facts presented. |
