How to Consult Us.

Office Consultation:

Please call our office during business hours for an initial in-person office consultation. We generally try and accommodate our clients with evening and weekend appointments. At the initial consultation copies of all documents relevant to immigration status, including passport, 1-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court, and in cases where employment is the basis of consultation a curriculum vitae (resume) should be brought. The purpose of a consultation is to provide us with sufficient information so that we may be able to analyze all of the client's immigration options, including the timing and cost for achieving the results sought. A fixed fee for each option, based on the facts presented, will be quoted during the consultation meeting. The initial office consultation fee is US$200.00 (non refundable). Should the client retain us after initial consultation, the $200.00 will be credited toward our legal fees.

Phone Consultation:

During this brief consultation we ask you about the nature of your concern or question and may inform you of various potential options that may be available to you. Frequently we will ask you to arrange for a more in depth Office Consultation. Where an Office Consultation is not possible because of your geographic location (we have clients in several countries and most states in the United States) we may give you an appointment for a longer telephone consultation. This will generally require payment in advance of $200.00 either by credit card, check drawn on a U.S. bank or cashier’s check You can call (703) 918-6354 to make arrangements or send us email at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .

E-consultation:

Your specific question(s), your phone numbers, and the times when we can reach you and your U.S. Immigration objective should be clearly stated. This will assist us in recommending most suitable options to you and make the follow up phone conversation, if necessary, more meaningful.

We will try and respond to your question by email within one working day of receipt of your question. If necessary we will make our best efforts to call you with answers to your questions or to discuss your problem. If the nature of the question requires that a consultation fee be paid we will let you know by email how to make payment arrangements.
