Sr. Associate Attorneys: Candidates must have at least five years’ experience in business immigration law, including preparation of H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 and E-1/E-2 visa petitions and labor certification cases. Responsibilities include the preparation and filing of business and employment-related immigration documentation. Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and consistency. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Jr. Associate Attorneys. Paralegals: Candidates must have Associate’s degree and 1 year experience in Job offered (paralegal). Experience must be in drafting, preparing and editing Immigration and labor certification related documents submitted to various government agencies. In lieu of Associate’s degree, will accept additional 2 years of experience (a total of 3 years’ experience) in job offered.
